Pricing + Services

TC Consulting partners with organizations across two connected practice areas: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Consulting and Learning & Development (L&D) Consulting. DEI work identifies the cultural gaps and builds the equity-centered frameworks that move organizations from performative compliance to systemic transformation. L&D work builds the people, systems, and leadership capacity that make those frameworks last, turning strategy into supervised practice, measurable milestones, and durable culture change.

Many clients engage both. DEI defines where the organization needs to go, and L&D builds the internal capability to get there and stay there. Engagements can be scoped individually or combined. Connect with TC Consulting today to design the right fit for your organization.

Travel and lodging expenses, where applicable, are billed separately. Custom and combined DEI + L&D engagements are scoped on request. Contact TC Consulting to schedule a discovery conversation and receive a tailored proposal.

Social Justice Accountability Consulting

TC Consulting offers a personalized accountability service for individuals and groups (communal, organizational, or educational) of privileged and marginalized identities to work through their biases and oppression to build their social justice capacity, centered on mindful growth and healing. The service includes an identity and intercultural development plan with a dialogue session.

Representative engagement: For an international content company with a globally distributed team, TC Consulting administered the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), led a confidential group debrief, and built a paired individual-and-organizational development plan, translating intercultural assessment into a concrete, dialogue-based growth pathway.

Hourly rates:

  • 1-on-1 $200 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)

  • Small-Group (4–8 people) $500 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)

  • School $1250 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)

  • Non-profit Organization $1250 (fee for developmental plan and dialogue session)

Cultural Assessments

TC Consulting creates and distributes customized assessment tools (i.e., survey or focus group) to uncover what is going well, growth areas, and cultural gaps in diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. TC Consulting conducts two different cultural assessments. The first is a cultural needs assessment to uncover institutional or organizational knowledge, examine utilized practices and norms, and identify diversity and inclusion learning edges. The second is a culturally responsive assessment for organizations and institutions to learn how a training, workshop, or strategic plan has met projected outcomes, determine what changes still need to be made, and uncover additional growth areas for diversity and inclusion. The client is charged a 20% administration fee for the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of content.

Representative engagement: For a regional community hospital, TC Consulting designed and administered an organization-wide cultural assessment gathering data from 155 staff at every level, from hospital leadership and departmental directors to clinicians, administrative staff, and equity-committee members, including focus groups across racial, ethnic, disability, and LGBTQ+ communities. The assessment surfaced eight institutional themes (including a gap between stated equity commitments and active implementation, and low staff awareness of the organization's bias-reporting system) and produced 12 specific, prioritized recommendations, delivered through a participatory debrief designed to move leadership from data to accountability rather than a passive report hand-off. Additional cultural needs assessments include work with a statewide youth-mentoring nonprofit (Cultural Needs Assessment & IDI).

  • Cultural Needs Assessment & Culturally Responsive Assessment base rate starts at $2000 (non-profit) or $3500 (for-profit)

  • Depending on the scope of the assessment and the size of the organization, the price will vary

Training & Workshops

TC Consulting creates customized training and workshops on building culturally competent teams, fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace, improving employee engagement, leading with effective communication, and more. The client is charged a 20% administration fee for the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of content.

Representative engagement: For a regional environmental nonprofit, TC Consulting designed and facilitated a two-part DEI workshop series that opened with brave-space agreements and a land acknowledgement, grounded participants in foundational equity frameworks (defining diversity, inclusion, and equity and mapping their interconnection around belonging), and moved them through structured reflection, collaborative breakout drafting, and large-group synthesis, integrating conceptual learning with hands-on application across sessions.

  • Hourly rate for facilitating the training/workshop $500 (Non-profit) + travel expenses and $1000 (For-profit) + travel expenses

  • Half-day training or workshop (4 hours): Non-profit rate $2000 + travel expenses and For-profit rate $4000 + travel expenses

  • Two-day training or workshop (7 hours per day): Non-profit rate $7000 + travel & lodging expenses and For-profit rate $14000 + travel & lodging expenses

Strategic Development Planning

TC Consulting helps clients create and revamp employee resource groups, develop diversity, inclusion, and equity dialogue starters, strategize proactive and inclusive workplace practices, foster culturally responsive organizational change, and more. The options for Strategic Development Planning are general (where the client is interested in various planning initiatives), action planning (client has specified needs for developing short- and long-term goals with progressed outcomes), and mission, vision, and practice planning (client has a need to align organizational culture and actualized efforts). The client is charged a 20% administration fee for the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of content.

Representative engagement: For a regional environmental nonprofit, TC Consulting guided full staff through rooting the organization's mission, vision, and values in equity, facilitating a collaborative revision process, a large-group SWOT analysis using a digital participation platform, and S.M.A.R.T.I.E. goal development (with Bloom's Taxonomy verb guidance and a goal formula) so the resulting goals were staff-owned and actionable. A digital participatory SWOT for an international content company similarly surfaced candid, multi-voice organizational intelligence across strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, generating a clear snapshot of the organization's DEI landscape.

  • General Planning Hourly Rate of $500 (Non-profit) and $1000 (For-profit)

  • Action Planning Hourly Rate $500 (Non-profit) and $1000 (For-profit)

  • Mission, Vision, & Practice Planning Hourly Rate $500 (Non-profit) and $1000 (For-profit)

All assessment, training, strategic planning, and program-design services include a 20% administration fee on the service fee, covering consultant meeting(s) with the client and preparation of customized content. Non-profit and for-profit rates are listed separately throughout.

Learning & Development Consulting Services

TC Consulting's Learning & Development practice builds the leadership capacity, team systems, and people infrastructure that sustain healthy, high-performing, equity-centered organizations. This work is grounded in director-level experience leading culture and team transformation at a 22,000-student research university, where TC Consulting's founder elevated team psychological safety from 1 to 4 (on a 5-point scale) within one year, increased staff feedback participation from 20% to 90%, and built the supervision, performance, and onboarding systems that made those gains durable.

L&D engagements pair organizational-development training (M.S., Organizational Development) with hands-on operational leadership: performance management, supervision, position-milestone design, and human-centered systems that connect day-to-day practice to long-term goals. Where DEI Consulting defines the equity strategy, L&D Consulting builds the internal capability to live it. The client is charged a 20% administration fee for applicable services covering the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of customized content.

Performance Management Consulting

Representative engagement: As Director of Student Development & Belonging at California Polytechnic State University, TC Consulting's founder oversaw 30+ student staff positions across nine centers, refined hiring and onboarding using equity-centered screening protocols, and institutionalized standing performance and feedback structures alongside quarterly impact assessments, the same milestone-driven supervision systems this service builds for clients.

This service carries a 20% administration fee for the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of content.

Modeled on an embedded impact-assessment process built at the director level, generating actionable improvement pathways for staff and senior leadership, this service functions as a continuous organizational-health and capacity-building process. This service carries a 20% administration fee for the consultant meeting(s) with the client and the preparation of content.

Representative engagement: At California Polytechnic State University, TC Consulting's founder built an embedded impact-assessment model pairing qualitative belonging narratives with quantitative metrics, generating continuous improvement pathways for staff and senior leadership and driving data-informed, multi-million-dollar resource reallocation. This diagnostic-to-roadmap approach is further grounded in doctoral participatory research (A Praxis of Transformative Care, University of San Diego, 2026), a fully documented assessment-to-recommendations study using community-based participatory research with a 24-person collaborator group across seven structured sessions, published open-access through Digital USD.

  • Organizational Development Assessment base rate starts at $2500 (Non-profit) or $4500 (For-profit)
